The eco farm Brattlia is situated at 90 meters over sea level, looking out at a beautiful valley in the center of Norway. We are running this farm on an ecological basis all over; with sauna smoked meat from our animals as our special label.
Sauna smoking is a local tradition from centuries ago; creating a unique taste making authentic quality products from the meat (pigs and lambs grazing outdoors from April till November).
In November 2010, our sauna smoked meat obtained an A.O.C. prize for this local smoking method we use on our eco-meat.
